He was very knowledgeable of the area, handled the back and forth negotiations very smoothly and was highly responsive to our questions and concerns. When making a choice of Estate Agent to handle a sale there does not always seem to be objective criteria to assess. In my case I chose Savills given its ongoing reputation but more pertinently to the local knowledge that was invaluable in understanding the correct price and marketing allied with its outreach to potential buyers. Having made this choice I was not only delighted by the professionalism of the team - particularly Alex, Nick and Tom from their Marylebone office and Claire in Mayfair but the ability to service both the seller and buyer in such a fair process. Moreover, given the service - and actual sale - I have only chosen Savills to handle my subsequent purchase. I would highly recommend.

Amazing dedication to get a challenging sale in a difficult market across the line. The broad international network of contacts Savills has made a real difference on this deal, despite it being a UK transaction - something others would not have been able to contribute. Great advice from start to finish and wouldn't hesitate to recommend as reputable and trustworthy. Nick Poppe in particular did an outstanding job.

We've just exchanged contracts to sell our flat in Marylebone and have had excellent service from the team from Savills as a whole. They sold the flat to a buyer outside the UK and secured the sale by conducting a viewing on line, without the buyers viewing in person at all. However I'd like to single out George Pratt for special praise, for being always there to help, especially given that our buyers are based in Hong Kong so time zones sometimes made communication difficult. George liaised at every stage with us, our buyers, our lawyers, our buyers' lawyers and mortgage provider and even our sellers' agents, who said he'd been great throughout. He was able suggest ways to get round obstacles and where we encountered delays he harried away at the cause to ease the way forward. All in all he was immensely supportive and I think he is an amazing asset to Savills' business.

My experience of selling my property with Savills Marylebone was excellent, verging on miraculous, with completion a mere six weeks after the property was listed for sale, and at slightly above the valuation price. After contacting a few local estate agents last October and giving an immovable deadline of selling before Christmas, I decided to meet with Claire Reynolds of Savills. Following our discussion, I was convinced that Savills had the best chance of meeting the short deadline at the sale price I desired.
