Claire Reynolds has been in the real estate business for 16 years and loves her job. You can tell - she is extremely good at it and I have never seen her without a big smile. I have been very impressed with her professionalism at every step of selling our family house. At the start of the process we got three different valuations and hers ended up being spot on. She and Savills' PR department worked very hard to present our property in the best possible way - I was very pleased with the listing particulars and our post received over 8,000 likes on Savills instagram account. Claire gave me feedback after every viewing, remained positive and Savills sent regular updates on progress. Claire had a targeted approach - the first viewer through our front door ultimately was our purchaser with her second viewer just as keen but, due to Covid restrictions, slightly behind in timing. So many prospective purchasers now have buying agents. Claire and her expertise weights the odds in your favour. She also worked to protect us from the inevitable static that can arise in the period between a successful offer and exchange as a result of the purchaser’s surveyor, architect, buyer’s agent and solicitor all trying to get the very best for their client. She is commercially minded and drives the deal forward with an iron fist in a velvet glove. Claire is very supportive and every interaction I have ever had with her ends by her saying “ Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to help”. Her recommendations of two conveyancing solicitors (ours had retired to Malta) and a removals firm were all excellent. It goes without saying I cannot recommend Claire highly enough - and will be doing so to all my friends.

Alex Hewitt was very efficient and transparent in helping me secure a property (to rent) under tight deadlines just before Christmas, and I am grateful. I was kept up to date throughout the process and he was quick to respond when I had questions. Also a great experience with Biana Nicheva who manages the property. From a thorough inventory to notifying the various utilities to getting small niggles like a missing light bulb replaced she has been fantastic.
