Recently bought my first property through Savills, and the experience was excellent from start to finish! We worked mainly with Eddie but also had a superb experience working with his colleague Stuart as well. Eddie made sure we were kept informed through every stage of the process, which was particularly valuable for me being a first time buyer. He was also able to recommend a stellar mortgage broker and solicitor as well, which kept the whole process running smoothly and quickly. We managed to complete on the property in time to take advantage of stamp duty savings, and I put that completely down to Eddie for chasing up every remaining loose end. Personally and professionally, I’d highly recommend - an absolutely wonderful experience all around!

It is refreshing to deal with the Northcote Road Office in general, but especially because the team always responds to queries quickly and offer guidance when needed. Both the Admin and Property Management sides have been willing to help prepare the property, procure Safety certificates, amend reports, customize contracts to suit and offer practical solutions to any issues which have arisen. They are always willing to "pop around and check on things" and this does provide peace of mind that the property is in good hands.

Can't recommend Savills enough - have used Dexters and Chestertons in the past but Savills proved themselves to be by the far the best agents in the area. Polite, helpful, quick at replying and sorting issues, clear and communicative - we couldn’t have asked for more.
