Savills recently helped us to sell our property in W10 and provided a highly professional, client centred service from evaluation all the way through to completion of the sale, retaining a can-do attitude despite a challenging context, post Brexit and during the pandemic. Whilst all members of staff that we dealt with were skilled and helpful, we would like to offer a particular thank you to Sophie Adams who repeatedly went the extra mile and whose outstanding negotiating skills were combined with a solid human approach; her manner throughout the process signalled her appreciation for the fact that we were selling a loved home, not just an apartment. Brilliant service! My wife and I worked with Amy in the lettings team who was 'head and shoulders' better than all the other letting agents we had been working with. We where under considerable time pressure to move due to a house sale. The property we wanted to rent had a land lord based in New Zealand. In order to facilitate the rental contract quickly Amy was taking calls and emails from the land lord at 3/4am every night on her holiday to assist us! I would highly recommend using Amy as she was polite, efficient and understanding of our time pressures. I have no doubt we would be homeless now without her hard work!!
