The idea of selling our apartment that we loved so much was incredibly daunting but I must say that Elias and Kristjan (and the team) at Savills really pulled us through the experience so beautifully. Elias always made me feel supported through what is inevitably quite a stressful time, and went above and beyond in our partnership to sell my property. I feel that in the real estate arena there is literally no one better to handle a property sale. Elias is extremely skilled at managing relations between buyer and seller and I feel that anyone who has the chance to work with him on their sale (or purchase) is exceptionally lucky - as I consider myself to be.

This was a property which was put in the market just before Covid lockdowns started when viewing and interest levels declined and prices stagnated at best. To his credit Elias Raymond of Savills Primrose hill did not give up and did eventually find a buyer. During the sale process some technical issues arose which came close the scuppering the sale, Elias diplomatically and intelligently kept both sides engaged which then led to the sale being successfully concluded. Bravo !!

The experience was a very good reminder of why exactly people end up seeking out top agencies like Savills. The purchase or rental process is already challenging enough, and the lack of experience and/or professionalism of many newcomers just makes it more painful than it should be. Whilst I knew and understood that Savills were working for the seller, Elias spent time building a genuine rapport with us. He was rational, professional and patient. We never felt harassed or too pressured. He was always on the end of the phone if we had a question, which for us was a key quality. Elias worked diligently to find a price that was right for both of us and the seller. Once the price was agreed, he went above and beyond. He was a godsend during the exchange process - touching base with both lawyers, chasing down building certificates, hurrying the council for searches, liaising between both parties m every detail. It wouldn’t have gotten over the line as quickly as it did without him (we were keen to beat the stamp duty deadline). Throughout the whole process, Elias has been profession and diligent, but also warm and personable. It’s been a pleasure.
