But I would be remiss if I did not share my experience with other would be buyers or sellers of property. Most recently, Alicia represented our interests as sellers of a high end property in St John’s Wood. She is fair, measured, service oriented and relentless. She has an unmatched dedication to her craft and her clients. She delivered a sale that we and the buyer were happy with. She cut through the issues and the emotions and delivered a completed property sale that all parties could accept. She is a closer - she gets the deal done and does so with humor, integrity and passion. I trust her unconditionally. Alicia was involved in both my purchase of the property and many years later (most recently) the sale of the property. I was on both sides of a transaction with Alicia and both times walked away satisfied. I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell a property and more importantly would suggest if you don’t have Alicia on your side you are at a disadvantage and spending too much time worrying. Hand the keys to Alicia and have her call you when it’s all done.

Fabulous experience with Robert Lerner and Savills in general! We initially connected with him looking at general online properties to rent. Even though we began our rental house search from Los Angeles several months before arriving, Robert helped keep us in the loop with available properties and generally guiding us to what might work or not. Robert made sure to not push us, but to check-in and share property links he thought would interest us. As we got a feel of what was on the market and inquired about properties that were not even Savills, he took the time to go to a property and send us videos. While we were simply looking to rent (for now), his attention made us feel like we were not a hassle to him and that he had the time to help. Once we arrived, he connected us at short notice and within the hour with another Savills agent closer to where we found a property we wanted to view.
