I have not had the best of luck with estate agents and unfortunately Savills comes with the reputation of being quite pretentious, however I could not speak more highly of my experience.
I was met in the pouring rain by Mark Fell from the Waterloo office and he automatically greeted me with a smile and apologised for having me wait in the rain despite him not being late I was just super early!
He was an absolute professional, kind, thoughtful and considerate. He showed me 2 properties and was very transparent about both. He continuously answered all of the questions that I had and followed up our viewing with the promised paperwork.
I would definitely use Savills again based on my recent experience and I would hope that all lettings negotiators have his knowledge, expertise and impeccable customer service!
He has raised the bar very high!

My full experience with Savills has been beyond incredible. From the first viewing, Savills emailed me alot of useful documents and guides to aid me in the process of finding the best flat to rent.
Moreover, I have started looking for flats two weeks prior to my move out, where Mark Fell, the negotiating agent, was beyond helpful and kind throughout the stressfully short duration he had to finalize the tenancy agreement. He also respected my budget and my requirements for the flat, which is something I've noticed many of the london agents tend to ignore.
Not only that, but Savills also provides property managers to some of their properties, where I also got lucky with a very helpful and kind property manager, Alexandra Worall, who has assisted me with all the smaller, finer details that tends to be dragged out once they hand in the keys of the flat. She has been prompt to responding to all my concerns and any problems I face in the flat.
The whole process of renting has been very simplified and smooth due to the amazing people I've encountered with Savills Waterloo Lettings. Many thanks to Mark Fell, Alexandra Worall, and Fego Emaviwe for all your help and assistance. I am very grateful for everything you've done!
