After using a traditional estate agent who overvalued my house and failed to sell it, I nervously decided to take the plunge and try settled. Right from the beginning they were great. I was assigned a really good account manager. The photographer was amazing and the pictures were better than I could of hoped. The booking system works great and I was able to be loads more flexible than a normal agent. After lots of viewings my house sold quickly, then settled even chased solicitors and moved the sale on. Great communication. Overall very impressed. I will definitely never use a normal estate agent again!

I can't recommend Settled highly enough. I'd never use a traditional estate agent again! They gave all the professional services you'd want, like photos, floorplans and writing a description. There was always someone friendly and knowledgeable there to help at each stage. It was so easy to arrange viewings and message potential buyers. It was much easier and quicker than having to go back and forth through a traditional agent, and allowed much more flexibility to arrange viewings outside of work hours. The support through the sale process has also been excellent. Last but not least, I've saved thousands with no compromise on service at all!

I got a bargain promotion of £399 plus a free £75 value premium Zoopla listing - already a great start. Even in the run-up to buying the package I had fantastic support and advice from the Settled team. The were the best rated online agent on TrustPilot and the best priced online agent at the time. Once I was ready, a photographer was out very quickly. She was very talented and the images were fantastic. I couldn't have wished for a better process: Thursday photographer, Friday my listing went live, Saturday morning the first viewing happened and I accepted an offer a few hundred pounds shy of the asking price. Less than 24 hours from the listing going live to accepting an offer! Has to be a world record! When the conveyancing hit a wall because the buyer's solicitors were poor at communicating and failing to read our responses to enquires properly, Settled stepped in immediately and pushed things forward. This really is an exceptional company with fantastic customer service, bags of knowledge and patience, an unbeatable price and a very slick product. Definitely a game changer. Don't sell with anyone else.

Sold our house in Preston, Lancs using Settled Estate Agents. Was more than pleased with the whole service we received. I particularly liked managing my own house sale knowing I did have an agent if need be. They returned every single call and email promptly and were available at all times to support me in any way required. If you are thinking of using them to save some money I would definitely do it as long as you are willing to manage your viewings yourself using the excellent settled app. All very easy - thanks settled x

The people at Settled were great! Our house was on the market 3 days after we signed up. We accepted an offer on our house (Manchester) after 8 days -- for WELL over asking. Completion was slowed by solicitors, but we still managed to complete within 2 months. Overall, the best possible experience you could ask for! We mostly worked with Christabel. She was amazing and took the time to explain the process to us (multiple times, because we are first time sellers, and we were difficult). She answered our *numerous queries* about dealing with clients and choosing an offer. Christabel was always there for us on chat or phone. Settled, give her a raise.

Settled provided everything you need from an estate agent and were much cheaper than alternatives. The process was easy to follow and they were friendly, without being pushy. It was easy to communicate with them and they were especially helpful during the offer process when I had to deal with a difficult potential buyer at one point. A very friendly man came round to take the photos and do a floorplan within a couple of days of me signing up to Settled. He seemed very knowledgeable and the results were great. Absolutely no complaints. My ad was marketed appropriately and in this day and age, if it appears on Zoopla, Rightmove etc, it will usually have the correct exposure. I received multiple viewing requests within a couple of weeks of the ad being posted and received an offer about 6 weeks after the ad went up, but as with most properties, I feel this process is largely independent of the estate agent as it will depend entirely on your property and its associated demand. My only criticism would be that I had trouble viewing my ad online and making changes. I contacted them after a couple of weeks and was informed that this was most likely due to my ad blocking software (which turned out to be true). Once this had been disabled for the Settled website, I had no further issues, but it would have been nice to have been made aware that this was a common issue earlier on. Overall, I am pleased with the service Settled provided and would definitely consider them again in the future when I next sell a property. I shall also be recommending them to friends/family as there really is no point in paying more for other online/physical estate agents who offer nothing extra.

For under £500 I sold my house, for the amount it was worth and for what I wanted, in just over a week. I've sold many times before and always used a high street estate agent, but never again. Selling the house was so easy and it was much better doing the viewings myself (which, in fairness, I often had to do anyway when using an estate agent!). The for sale board I requested, the pictures, the energy certificate and the particulars were done in less than a week - and then it's on the web at places like Rightmove - yet I could still then add my own pictures and tinker with the detail online. And the communication and support were simply superb - you have a dedicated support person allocated to you, which is great (thank you Christabel). I cannot recommend Settled highly enough.

Wanted to use an online agent to save money so chose Settled who were at the cheaper end (£399) of the market! The process was straight forward, a photographer comes round to take photos and the details are on Rightmove, Zoopla etc within a week. The website for managing viewings is good and easy to use, only problem encountered was with the viewing cancellation process which didn't always work? The office staff were always courteous and helpful. They offer a very good value for money service, I would certainly use them again.

What's not to love? Cost £499 all in (saving us about £4k!), had a great team immediately responding to email or phone whenever I wanted, could control my ad at any time of night or day, and was able to accept viewings the day the ad went live (resulting in two over asking price offers in first week). Only negative I can think of is that one potential buyers struggled with the online communications system to book viewings and keep in touch, but I got round this by simply giving them my direct mobile number. It's not an issue unless your potential buyers are older. Having since spent time trying to view other houses to buy, I found traditional estate agents constantly telling me they couldn't 'fit me in' for a viewing for a week or two as they didn't have any agents available to show me round! Why would anyone pay thousands for agents to turn good buyers away?! And when you do view, you're given an awful tour where they won't leave you in peace to view the house properly. Use Settled. You won't be disappointed. Just need an equivalent conveyancing service now...
