Seymour green have restored my faith in estate agents. They were a pleasure to deal with the entire letting period. As the managing agents issues in the house were fixed quickly and were so extremely kind during lockdown offering to deliver shopping when I fell ill. A real credit to their industry specifically, Colin Brown. At the end of the tenancy agreement my deposit was returned within days In full and without issue.

Seymour Green is exactly the kind of guys you want as a letting agency. I found them to be quick and efficient, super friendly and generally just making a usually painful experience, a breeze. Absolutely fantastic service by Colin and his team! I can not recommend Seymour Green Estate Agents high enough. The rental contract was fair and unbiased and the sales staff were honest and forthcoming with any information that I required prior to signing. Whenever I had a maintenance issue they were quick to respond and if the issue could not be resolved immediately they would keep me updated. When it came to moving out they always cleared viewings with me beforehand. They were professional and courteous throughout the time that I lived in the apartment managed by them.
