I can't recommend Sheraton Law highly enough. As an absent landlord working elsewhere around the UK and abroad, they managed my flat in SE11 with total reliability flawlessly sustained over more than 24 years through tenant after tenant and staff changes of their own. The period saw major works to the flat including installation of a new heating system, double glazing and even replacement of the block roof. I never had a bad tenant and they were always very well looked after, with rent invariably collected without issue, and all maintenance needs carefully and rapidly dealt with. Throughout the period, I was able to have absolute confidence and to trust Sheraton Law's advice implicitly - utterly invaluable for my peace of mind. Finally, when I recently came to take the flat back and live in it myself once again, Michael Taylor went above and beyond in managing the work I wanted done to my complete satisfaction. He really went the extra mile to make sure that it was in a superb condition for me to return to - even better than I had left it back in 1996. Tamsin Russell, Bryony Walters and Michael are a small, friendly, dedicated team with excellent local knowledge built up over time. Based on my experience, they are simply in a different league from others for service. I would not hesitate to use them again, whether to manage my property as a landlord, or to put it in Tom Butler's hands for sale when the time comes. I'm not at all surprised to read so many other positive reviews, as I certainly wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

Very good house viewing. When our offer was confirmed we were not notified that our estate agent was going on annual leave so replies slowed and it took a while to get everything sorted. We have now been passed onto a new agent and its running smoothly with speedy responses and all the help we need.

We couldn't fault the experience of renting through Sheraton Law at all. Charlotte was personable and sympathetic to our needs throughout the process - the viewing was set up promptly, she wasn't at all pushy (unlike other agents who quite aggressively tried to have us sign documentation while at the viewing), and we felt at every stage that we had all the information we needed and a clear idea of what would happen next and when. Fees genuinely did seem to be kept to a minimum, and were by far the lowest of any agent that we came across while searching for a property. It was also made very transparent exactly what the fees were for, so nothing felt like it was just an agent trying to squeeze more out of you for now real reason.
