Simply London saved my life! I was relocating with my daughter and had no contacts on the ground in London. Sylvie was very patient in explaining the process and what I needed to consider. Julie, who was directly responsible for my relocation assistance process, is simply an angel with a heart of gold! She took time to understand our needs and helped us view flats remotely. She was prompt in communication and never promised anything she couldn’t deliver. She was upfront and honest about what was possible and what wasn’t. Because of Simply London, my daughter and I went from the airport and into our new home. :) I never had to worry about whether I was registered for utilities because Julie was on it. To make it even better, she helped with the registration process to get my daughter into a school we really wanted that is a 2 minute walk from our home. She even checked in on her first day just to make sure everything went well. I would wholeheartedly and unreservedly recommend Simply London to anyone who wants a worry-free relocation process!

We came from a moment of great stress due to the search for a house and we decided to contact them to help us with school. It was the best decision we made! I can't say enough good things about Julie, but suffice to say that there is no way we could have made this move without her help. We had earlier made a four-week trip in late summer and had made no progress in finding a good home in a good neighborhood. When we returned to the States, we had a remote consultation with Julie and not long after had a list of properties to review. We narrowed the choices to five and the fifth property was perfect for us. It was just above our price range but very close to public transport and more spacious than required, with the added bonus is the huge kitchen and tumble dryer. Highly recommended.

My husband and I found a flat through simply london and everything seemed great till we finally moved. The service to find a place was nice and we like our flat. Nevertheless, the flat had a lot of issues at the beginning (rats, furniture breaking and injuring me, construction next door) which after all I'll accept them as a standard issue in a city. What actually bothered me is the lack of communication at the end with the contract we signed. We were in a rush and relied on them checking it carefully, totally our mistake. A year later I found out that the next year has to be paid 2 months in advance (non-standard situation for us), so for 2 months we had to pay double the rent given the way it was set up. This was an upsetting surprise when we were told we owed rent and we thought we had payed. Despite this details, it is a useful service.
