Having used SN Estates for nearly 9 years, I have found the service to be incredibly helpful when I have needed any help. The staff have always been polite and keen to help and will carry on using them for the foreseeable future. Also having a physical office has been very helpful when meeting and discussing things face to face.

Massive thanks to Alex our agent who was very helpful and super kind to us! It's rare to get an agency who genuinely cares for their clients and puts them first before rushing into a sales pitch and trying to secure a deal. He got us a great offer with the landlord! which had pretty much everything that we asked for, but unfortunately in the end we chose another place due to personal reasons. Really good quality customer service that is both professional yet personal! We wish the best of luck to Alex in the future :)

I used their service (as an let agent) to rent a flat six months ago. Lot of thanks to Marco that kindly answered my questions and assisted me to rent a flat in London - as I couldn't see directly the flat and meet with the property manager during the lockdown. Further, Marco really helped me greatly when there was a pending payment to the property manager - where I was quite nervous at that time. But, it resolved due to the international payment that took a day to be confirmed. Now, my flat would be ended in late September. Hopefully it will run smoothly haha! Thanks Marco! OG!
