The communication was regular and I had email updates for visits and also they supported me during the sales progression process to help move things along. Sold.co.uk have been very attentive, with excellent communication - thank you, Tia, for your courtesy and friendliness. I live at some distance from the property, which could have made things difficult, but the photographer called me letting me know when he was due to take pictures. This was carried out promptly, as were all other steps of the selling process. The write-up was skillful - clearly done by a wordsmith. I’d give SOLD 3 stars as we haven’t sold our property with them yet. We put our flat on the market with them in mid December, although the price was slightly less than other agents provided we thought we’d try them as they said 4/5 of their properties sold within 30 days. Unfortunately that was not the case for our flat as it’s been over 40 days now. Ellie and Charles have been great at communicating with us at all times and have assured us that due to Covid we have had zero viewings. From a sellers point of the view, the agents seem good at marketing and communicating with customers but please don’t presume they will sell your property within 30 days as I know from experience now that it depends on many other factors which are out of the agents control.

I have heard horror stories of people sitting on the market for six to eight months with only a few viewings and I didn’t want that. We were referred to sold.co.uk from their sister company Webuyanyhome.com as they thought that it would offer a better return on the property The process with sold was very simple and straightforward and once instructed they set off at a quick pace, with photos and the EPC being completed the following day with the property going live on their web site within 24hours. They kept us up to date with viewings and feedback. The property initially sold fairly quickly but had to be re-advertised due to the buyer pulling out. The property was not without its issues so the market for it was quite narrow. After long discussions with Sold we went down the online auction route with satisfactory guide price and competitive fees from sold. We received a good cash offer which Sold managed before the bidding went live and exchanged & completed within 48 hours Communication was great throughout good response to emails and phone calls and sound advice at all times. We would certainly use them again without hesitation. Its different to usual estate agents, the fees are transparent and they are people you can talk to. Give them a try
