As a professional landlord with properties in London and the Midlands this agent has been very successful in finding good quality tenants for my flats and houses in SW London. Maintenance issues are always dealt with promptly and urgent messages answered rarely with any unreasonable delay even on Saturdays and Sundays. It therefore gives me pleasure to take the time to pen this review and wish South of the River every success in the future as it is well deserved.
