For the last two years, my partner and I rented through South West London Property. They were always kind, friendly and quick in their responses to any issues we raised. We predominately dealt with Yusuf who was always prompt and helpful with problems we had during the pandemic and when we locked ourselves out on his birthday (sorry again!) The SWLP team approach was always honest, easy and personable. Our recent move out was smooth and our deposit was returned swiftly and in full. Definitely recommend.

I have had some extremely poor letting agents during my time in London, however Elvis, Yunus and the team at South West London Property have been fantastic over the past two years. Cannot recommend them enough. All queries were dealt with quickly, there were no unexpected deductions from the deposit when moving out (a London letting agent classic move) and they were always friendly. The property was also excellent.

My girlfriend and I rented a property prior to the first lock down, the team where nothing but helpful and understanding and assured we could get into the property safely before the lock down came in. Through out a 12 month tenancy we did not have 1 issue with the property. Any questions we had when moving in about utilities Elvis and his team answered immediately. The property was fantasticly equipped with all the mod cons providing great value for money. When leaving the property ( which we where disappointed to do, just wanted a garden ) SWLP tried to find us another suitable property in there portfolio but sadly they had none. The exit was so easy and what shocked me most was that I had a full deposit returned 1 working day after our tenancy ended, unheard of I could not recommend them enough and if we ever move again will definitely use them.

Yusuf and Nicola at South West London Properties were very helpful in our search for a new home. When we viewed, what ended up to be our new home, Yusuf was very patient and answered the millions of questions I had with quick follow up. They made sure that we felt secure and taken care of through the process of deposits and reference checks. Through out our tenancy we felt comfort in the fact that they were there for us when we needed them. They also provided all the information that we needed and were quick to respond when contacted. At the end of our tenancy they provided us with all of the procedures we needed to follow and made everything clear and straightforward. I also think it is important I mention that through South West London Properties we found the best landlords. The landlords of the property that we rented were the most wonderful, trustworthy, quick to respond when needed and attentive. These qualities are hard to find in landlords and in agents in London and we were lucky enough to have had the best embodiment of these qualities in both our landlord and in the agents at South West London Properties.
