Spencer Munson were my letting / managing agent for 6 years for a house I rented out in South Woodford, London. I then instructed them to sell my house in 2021. As my letting / managing agent, I always felt I was in safe hands, and Spencer Munson (the owner) went above and beyond on several occasions to resolve issues, and ensure both myself as landlord was well represented and advised, and that my tenants were happy and well looked after. His colleague Mark on the sales side of the business provided an excellent, friendly, professional service when selling my house.
