Have been using Squires in Finchley for a few months now, in the capacity of landlord, and have found them to be extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with in all respects. Our property was rented out to a quality tenant within days of it going on the market, with the desired rent achieved. The commission charged is highly competitive compared to other high street agents and any maintenance required is dealt with promptly and efficiently by their team of third party contractors. Big shout out to Holly who has been extremely helpful. Very impressed with Squires so far!

Even though our previous experience with the previous property with Squires was not very soothing,but we must say - that ever since we moved in to the new property ,our property management agent, Ms Amy has been wonderful.She is very prompt in replying emails and she has an excellent approach to her work . We understand there are many restrictions at work now a days but the best thing about her is - she gives huge importance in hearing the tenants’ problems and immediately acts on it and does her best to bring out a solution . We had multiple problems in the property which she has solved in the right way within a very short period of time. Thank you Amy..
