I spent almost two months searching for a new flat to rent in London, which can be a full-time job in itself. Having dealt with countless estate agents in this period, I can definitely recommend Stirling Ackroyd as the go-to agent, not only for their diverse portfolio but also for their outstanding customer service. Unfortunately, in a market driven by huge demand, this is not something you'd come by easily. I need to mention Annabel Korolev, from their Putney branch, as an amazing consultant! She is indeed extremely professional, pro-active and genuinely friendly. I loved how she knew not to be too pushy (so many agents know nothing else, unfortunately), but in the same time to be pro-active and to contact me straight away with the properties matching my requirements (yes, it is unusual for agents to listen to what you actually want and need). All in all, a very happy customer and after I've seen the attitude of so many agents in these two months, I can definitely say that Annabel goes the extra mile and Stirling Ackroyd know how to choose their staff.
