My property manager, Shannon Flanagan, is very responsive and helpful. I believe she gets so many emails each day and many details to handle but she did them very well. I always receive prompt response and clear communication on the situation. The most important thing is I don't need to follow up with her many times like in the past before her time.

The management from Strutt and Parker varies depending on who the manager is. At the moment I have the most fantastic manager, who takes care of everything with efficiency and ease. He makes owning the property very stress free. However, there were several years when there was very fast turn-over of managers for my property and lots of things fell through the gaps. So, right now I'd give the manager 5+ stars, but I've only given 4 stars because in the past it has not been good.

Our property manager Shannon Flanagan is very reliable. She has been handling all the regular activities such as filing monthly statements or detailed onsite property visit report without being reminded. She always responds to our communication within the same day. In case there are follow up actions to resolve an issue, we can rely on her to see it through. We appreciate her support very much.

We have rented many properties in New York City and London over the last two decades. We moved back with three kids from Manhattan to London two years ago and we rented a very nice property with Strutt&Parker in Chelsea. We have had the same property manager since day one (Jay O'Dell) and we have had a 5* service since we moved in. Always responsive and very helpful to liase with the landlord when needed. We just expanded our lease for another year. It makes our life pretty easy and zero stress, which is priceless. No hassle and no continuous bargaining and fighting with the landlord nor property manager needed. It is very different from previous property management nightmare experiences we have had in the past.
