s. k.S&P have managed and let my flat in Fulham for many years. Lockdown prevented any regular inspection of the property and when it was possible to inspect, after two years, I found the flat dirty, the garden overgrown and generally uncared for by the tenants. As it was time to re-new the lease, the lettings department, lead by Meena Patel, advised that I could served notice on the tenants and re-marketed. This is what I did and soon the office was overwhelmed by applicants. I followed Meena's guidance and quickly found the perfect tenant.
