A. C.My rented house in London has been managed by SW Residential for seven years now. I can therefore confirm that they are the best management company in London. Every single issue (even the tiniest ones) has been solved in a matter of hours. Caterina and Christian are always available and always willing to help. In these few years SW Residential has been the key to having a wonderful relationship between landlord and tennant. SW Residential is a great asset for tenants, landlords and for everyone looking for real estate advise.
