Having cycled through the ringer of letting agents in London, I was pleasantly surprised when I found a great place through Tate Residential. There was no messing me around and within three hours, Jake helped me secure the flat. He was exceptionally helpful and responsive to my queries, making what could have been a complex process seem easy. I've had no real problems since moving in and I never feel reluctant to reach out to their property management team if I have any issue-- as it's always responded to swiftly and smoothly.

We’ve been renting in London for the past 6 years and dealt with a few property managers, and Natalia at Tate is by far the best one. She replies to our emails straight away and gets all our queries sorted in no time. What a difference it makes to have a responsive property manager. The rental process was also very smooth, despite all happening during lockdown. I cannot recommend Tate residential enough, they really care about their customers, much more that the big high street estate agents.

I am currently a tenant with Tate and my property manager (Natalia) is brilliant. When we moved in, some of the rooms needed repainting and we needed a new hoover - she quickly got in touch with the landlord and had this approved. Any time we have any expenses that need reimbursed, she is super quick to make sure this gets back to us ASAP. We moved into the flat shortly after the height of the lockdown and from first contacting Tate, they were quick, pleasant, and took any stress away (which is rare in property!). We really feel that Tate gets the balance right between taking care of tenants and making sure landlords are happy - far more than many big property companies, which often fail on one or both of those accounts. Would definitely recommend!

Great company that really cares about there tenants, they provide fast service when needed and are really helpful. From my experience most companies find a way to keep your deposit when moving out but Tate worked with us and we managed to get our full deposit back. Would 100% recommend to a friend, when I move back to central I’ll give them a call! At the end of our tendency the landlord asked for deductions, some were correct and others were not. Tate residential argued our side of the dispute where they believed the landlord was wrong but also were firm of purpose where they thought we had really caused damage to the flat. We had our differences but it was really nice to know we were treated right and whilst no one likes to hand money over they took time and patience to make sure the landlord and us agreed a fair settlement.Thank you.
