Properties from Tates are of great value and their selection is really good. Kevin took us around to see properties that we had not spotted in their listing, with a great eye for recognising what we look for in a good one. We found our place through his recommendation. We found the whole process with Tates and in particular with Kevin and Anne-Marie extremely efficient, from paperwork to communication to second viewing of our chosen place. We can’t recommend their services enough and hope you will find your cosy home through Tates.

From the get-go they stood out from competitors by combining warm personal service with a keen understanding of current market conditions and how best to present and market our property. When I first met Tates I trusted that they were going to use all their resources to find the right buyer for our flat. This was in a tough selling period, an adverse market to sell. This was very different time to when properties fly off websites, this was a time for experienced estate agents to show their real value. Tates launched a pro-active marketing campaign, the communication was excellent throughout the process. As this was a tough selling environment, our sale didn't come through a marketing blitz, it happened due to solid estate agent activity with a fair price to both parties. Can't thank them enough.
