Excellent, excellent team. I've worked with many estate agents, including two on this particular sale. Vimal is calm and professional and does exactly what he says he's going to do. Sounds simple but this is actually pretty rare. From beginning to end Marco fully managed the sale. He liaised with us, the buyers, the tradesmen and was regularly in contact with both sets of solicitors. Marco would always know exactly what was going on, I did not have to chase him once. In fact, I'm sure he was the main reason we were in a position to complete within 6 weeks. Super impressed with this team, we will be using them again in the future.

The team at Tatlers in Crouch End are excellent. Vimal’s strategy for selling my flat worked like a dream and he and Marco handled the whole process with expert knowledge and professionalism. The whole Tatlers team was fantastic from start to finish. We “interviewed” 4 estate agents in Crouch End before choosing Tatlers but we warmed to the Tatlers' team straight away. Their valuation was spot on (no attempt to over-inflate the price to win business) and fee wise they offered a competitive rate at the outset which avoided the awkward negotiation that is so common from my past experiences. Particulars were prepared quickly and professionally (and we were very impressed with the photos!). We knew Tatlers would be respectful and transparent with viewings and they absolutely were. They were even patient when I forgot to disable the alarm and left Vimal with ringing ears during a viewing which must have been embarrassing. Once buyers were found, Leila was superb. She was clear with her recommendations at offer stage and was communicative, responsive and prompt in all our subsequent dealings with her from then on. Our transaction, like so many others, had more than its fair share of difficulties (none were anything to do with Tatlers though!) but Leila and the team handled each one deftly. I am absolutely confident that had we chosen another estate agent in Crouch End our sale would have collapsed. As we approach completion, I am deeply sad that Tatlers are not also selling the property we are hoping to buy as I will miss the security and comfort of knowing that Leila has everything in hand. You could choose another estate agent in Crouch End, but in my opinion you’d be mad to.

Marco Moloudi took excellent care of us during the very long and convoluted process of us trying to buy a flat in Crouch End! From March 2019 to September 2020 everything went wrong that possibly could, everything was complicated and difficult and delayed and throughout it all Marco was there for us. He was invariably extremely helpful, competent and efficient and always went out of his way to reassure us, to iron out difficulties and facilitate our purchase. He even made himself available to us late on Christmas Eve and I believe he was the one person who was actually instrumental in getting contracts exchanged before Christmas! Without him it would not have happened. Dan Reid provided an absolute superb service and cannot be praised highly enough. I was in a chain of 7 and Dan stepped in at a difficult time as my previous buyers withdrew (for personal reasons) at the last moment. I needed to secure new buyers quickly and received an offer for the full asking place on the same day that the previous buyers withdrew. We needed to move quickly and Dan went above and beyond in pro actively keeping the entire chain up to date with developments and in ensuring that the sale proceeded promptly. In addition, my vendor did not have an agent, so Dan had to do more of the work than could generally be anticipated: he did this cheerfully and without complaint. Dan also worked very hard to ensure that my vendor's vendor (who was particularly anxious) was kept reassured as to timetable and general progress. One of Dan's biggest strengths is that he is very prompt in returning calls and pro active at making contact in the first place; as the client you are never left chasing him! Dan was a rock: a reassuring presence in the general turmoil, which inevitably results from such a long chain. Dan was an absolute star from start to finish and his support ensured that stress was kept to the minimum and at a manageable level!
