I was a bit sceptical at the beginning as I met this young guy when he knocked at my door and didn't know the company. However, I have to say that the level of service exceeded my expectations.
They are not like any other agency, they truly care about their customer being happy and satisfied.
I would highly recommend Tempocasa.

I rented a lovely one bed flat in notting hill through them at a very competitive price and was very happy with their service throughout the tenancy. Look for Andrea on the property management team, most helpful guy in the world, always friendly and responsive to my queries and quick in sorting things out, from the signing of agreements, to getting a contractor in, to agreeing a small extension on my lease all the to releasing the deposit.
When the bigger agencies these days often lack the human touch and can sometimes make you feel like just another "number", this place was a nice relief :)
