We rented from the Little Estate Company from 2019-2020 and found Robert and the team incredibly helpful and transparent throughout the tenancy. As first-time renters every step of the rental process was explained to us in detail, ensuring that we felt comfortable and knew what we were doing at all times. Any maintenance issues could be easily reported through a dedicated portal and were dealt with quickly. I would highly recommend renting through the Little Estate Company, particularly for any first-time renters.

Having rented with my parents all my life, I didn't have very high expectations renting a flat in London - especially coming to the city as a student. I was also apprehensive about renting from a company I had not heard of before. I have just moved out after renting from the little estate company for two years with two other students in Kentish Town (a one year tenancy which we asked to extend to a second year), and wanted to leave a review because Robert and Michael have been extremely helpful whilst we were tenants. Whenever we had a problem they were more than happy to help (for example when we didn't know what lights to buy or how to install them they went above and beyond to help us - even though that probably went far beyond their job description). Equally, when we had an accident and did some damage they were quick to get it fixed and very fair with repair costs. Previously when renting with my parents, we've had deposits not protected with the DPS and subsequently withheld, regular unscheduled drop-ins when we were away, long periods of disrepair with the gas cut off or the fire alarm broken. However, these last two years with the little estate company have changed my expectations completely; we've been treated fairly, problems have been resolved quickly, and Robert and Michael have been extremely approachable and easy to work with.

Rented with the little Estate Company between 2018 and 2019. Mostly dealt with Robert who was always very nice, helpful and quick to reply to emails. We had an unlucky pipe burst due to years of corrosion and they were quick to get it all fix and our water running again. We really loved our time renting with them!

We are current student tenants at UCL. We have been renting with TLEC for 3 years. Our group has increased and have now secured another property with them. Their team is rather small which consists of Nilesh, Robert and Michael but I know they manage a very large property portfolio in Camden. We know this as they have sent us so many flats as options when choosing our next home. We sourced our flat, the admin and move in was smooth. Didn't have any issues. They have always communicated with us and they work with us as opposed to against us. If we have any issues, they help us resolve them. In the 3 years we have been working with them, they have always been honest, transparent and reliable. We have built a genuine relationship with these guys and our parents also agree. Our parents are not local and they are reassured that we have a really good agent. If our parents have any queries, they also email the guys directly. In the 3 years, we have referred 5 groups of friends who are their current tenants. They too love them. I have seen the negative reviews on here and I can honestly say, we have never received a negative or bad service with them. We have never felt cheated in anyway which is why when we sourced another flat with them, we signed straight away. Keep up the good work guys xx

The Little Estate Company were excellent and professional agents. Everything they needed from us from the beginning to the end of the tenancy was clearly laid out and there were no nasty shocks regarding payments. They cared for the property very well and maintenance issues were fixed almost immediately. Robert White particularly was very responsive and took care of anything we needed almost as soon as we asked for it, remaining friendly and attentive throughout. We got our full deposit back and are very happy with the service received: would highly recommend to any students.
