Elodie has been very professional throughout the viewing. I cannot recommend Steven Du enough. I had leaks in my flat and within 2 days, Steven had engaged leak detection professionals identify where the leak was coming from and it was identified that the issue was coming from the rook. Within 5 days after that, Steven obtained a quote to repair the roof and repair the roof! Only two weeks after informing Steven about my leaks, the roof was repaired and next week the interior damages will be solved :) I can confirm that TLC's client service is way better than other mangement companies I have dealt with in the past. Thank you Steven and TLC!
