I inquired about viewing a property via touchstone - from the outset the Agent Kern was super helpful. Initially sending me a video tour of the flat to arranging a physical viewing and helping me understand the process of renting in the UK - as this is something I haven’t done before. He has been super helpful and with an extensive knowledge of almost every aspect of the renting process which made me feel at ease and hopeful to find my new home. He did not leave one question unanswered! Thank you Kern!
