When we got the keys, we were gifted a housewarming gift (lucky bamboo plant) from the agency, which was really thoughtful and kind. We were also given vouchers to sample local restaurants, the day after we got our keys Jamie noticed one of the restaurants we had been given the voucher for was closed for refurbishment and emailed to inform us so that we could come in to the office and he could change the dates on the voucher, so that we could still use it. Overall, Jamie exceeded our customer service expectations and we will definitely be recommending Trading Places to all our friends and family. Highly Recommend!
