James, Hayden and Wallace were all very responsive, kept us up to date, and consistently followed up timely on any matters that popped up. Hayley was great, both with the viewings and getting the paperwork sorted getting through the process quickly. However, when it came to picking up my keys, another member of staff did not make it clear which branch to pick up from, which was very inconvenient, having travelled almost two hours to get them.

From day one, Georgia (property manager) was second to none. Communication was always fast, efficient and resolute. You’d think you were the only people she looked after! Often you hear the troubles that people face with estate agents/landlords but TruePennys go against the grain on this one. A seriously smooth process, start to finish.
