Me and my friend have been renting with this agency for a while now, we had a few small issues in the beginning, but overall it's really good. Our new property agent, Ana Apostu, has been really helpful to us. She helps us with everything we need right away, is always nice, responds quickly. Having this kind of agent is a blessing! Truepennys helped me move into a Greenwich property. The entire process from viewing appointment booking to moving-in the apartment was well coordinated and hassle free. Most importantly, for any questions/confusion one may have as a new-to-London tenant, Truepennys is always available to assist on phone and/or email. The apartment required maintenance and repair, which too were duly arranged by Truepennys. Special mention to Ana Apostu, for being patient and truthful on each occasion. At times, when a solution cannot be arranged immediately, a simple assuring conversation is useful, and Ana did just that till she managed to get the repair work done, even when I was away at work. She has been a true savior to my London journey. Thank you Ana and Truepennys!

31 Dec had an electrical fault in the fuse box which meant no boiler, fridge or freezer in use. Contacted Truepenny's on Saturday morning and Ana A went above and beyond to get the problem fixed. Arranged an electrician to come out New Years eve and everything was sorted. Really great service.

Nick has provided us with amazing service under really challenging circumstances. Obviously managing property during a pandemic adds a significant layer of difficulty; however Nick has also had to negotiate time zones as he communicated with us on the other side of the world (Brisbane); arrange repairs; cleaning; contracts; and manage our personal possessions as we left our flat in Greenwich like the Mary Celeste when COVID struck - convinced we'd only be gone a couple of months at best, we left the apartment looking like we'd just popped out for milk. Nick has carefully and considerately managed absolutely everything for us. We placed a lot of trust in him, and he has not let us down. Thanks Nick and the team at Truepennys :)
