What a different way to sell a home, with supportive, gentle and trustworthy people. We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.

I can highly recommend Unique Property Company. We found them doing a google search as we were selling a rather unique property! Having been convinced that we would go with a big local name, instead when Simon Stone came to complete a valuation our choice was made. Simon’s very real enthusiasm for properties outside the norm is tangible and he really convinced us he could sell the lifestyle that came with our property rather than just the size. I’m so glad we did go with Simon. He secured an offer really rather quickly and then passed us over to the wonderful Hannah to handle the sale. Hannah worked wonders in a sale affected by one of the chain being hospitalised with Covid-19. She kept pushing everything through and we completed by Christmas. So, we cannot recommend Unique enough. If your home is a little different from the average they have the insight to really market it as you would want and the tenacity to push a sale through in difficult circumstances.

Over the last few years I have been involved with 6 different estate agents in the sale of 2 properties. From the very beginning, the Unique Property Company stood out from the crowd. Simon Stone gave valuable and detailed advice on how best to present the place and mask the drawbacks...... put a smaller table here, paint the end of the hall white, empty this flat completely..... He gave the most realistic valuation of all the agents and then handed us over to his delightful colleague, Danny Brewer, who picked up the baton and continued to maintain the high standards already set. All through lockdown, while I was stranded out of the country, Danny kept me well informed, both of national events affecting the business and every single viewing, with feedback after each one. He made a great video with commentary you felt you could trust and then developed a strong relationship with the buyers and their builders. Nothing seemed too much trouble and this positive attitude helped enormously to take us all through the whole process, right to the end, including developments from solicitors. I shall definitely use this company again. Huge thanks to both Simon and Danny whom I highly recommend.

I've known the two directors of the Unique Property Company for nearly 15 years now as they used to specialise in an area of London where I owned a house. Earlier this year, when my tenant announced that he was moving out of a property I rent out, I was delighted to find out that Simon and Hannah were, once again, managing properties in the area. After several years of working with disappointing estate agents (all largely more interested in their own bottom line than paying attention to my needs as a client), I agreed that Hannah and Simon could let and manage the property on my behalf. I've been absolutely thrilled by their responsiveness, their flexibility and their thoroughness. A breath of fresh-air when it comes to dealing with Estate Agents. A personal approach to the sale, and should definitely be the go-to agent for someone looking to buy or sell a unique property. There is a clear chain of command and structure within the organisation, so you always know who is best to approach at different steps of the sale process. They understand that there is an art to the sale of a unique property and formulaically applying a £ per square foot may not always be a fair approach. They use excellent photographers and really do their best to capture every aspect of the property up for sale - ultimately this leads to a fairer reflection of what you are selling, and results in few "false leads". There is never pressure to accept an offer, and they are open to flexible contract arrangements when it comes to doing viewings yourself. Thanks for all your help!
