Overall we had a very good experience. We just purchased a house through Urban Village and, although it was a lengthy process, Sarah and Suzanne were always professional and patient. From price negotiation to exchange/completion, they were a good relay between the vendors and us. Once our offer was accepted they opened the house multiple times for us to take measurements, get quotes, etc. We went through various other estate agencies in the past 5-6 years, for renting, buying and selling, and mostly found agents unpleasant and focused on fees/profits rather than customers. Urban Village is different and has a much more customer-centred approach. Highly recommended.

There aren't enough stars to review Urban Village! After renting in London for 10 years now, I have never come across a more professional, friendly and helpful estate agents and I cannot recommend Suzanne highly enough. Urban Village treat you like a human being and try to find helpful solutions for both tenant and landlord. Their tenancy agreements are clear and fair, their check in and check out procedure is transparent and they are extremely flexible - I messed them around a few times with a move out date as I was buying a flat and the date kept changing, but they bent over backwards to accommodate me whilst also keeping the landlord happy. It has been a pleasure renting through Urban Village and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Suzanne and Sarah at Urban Village are amazing: my flat sale went through a couple of weeks ago and they have been supportive, honest, efficient, really knowledgeable and kind since the valuation and have gone way beyond the call of duty in so many ways, from Suzanne's Kirstie Allsopp style tips for selling my flat to Sarah bringing biscuits for my dog at viewings. And they both kept me sane in the week before exchange - in a chain of six so there was a bit of stress!
