I was shown around three properties by one of their negotiators, Dominique, and found her whole approach both friendly and highly professional. She had listened carefully to what I was looking forward and I felt the properties she took me to really were handpicked. Once I’d made an offer the whole process was smooth and well organised with Dominique always on hand to explain or resolve my queries. As an agency I’ve found that We Can really do provide a service that I am confident to recommend but I would in particular suggest that you ask for Dominique if you’re looking for a professional who will go that bit further to find you the perfect property.

I was dealing with all sort of boring, expensive and tiny property viewings until one day out of the blues Faruk from WeCanProperties called me to arrange "something interesting" for me see. This is how it all started. Felt in love in the property and Faruk was extremely supportive and helpful in the entire process until the very end when we colleceted our keys for our first home! I cannot recommend this agency highly enough. All of the staff are really friendly and helpful, with a really 'can do' approach. Dominique dealt with my enquiry and she worked really hard to find me just what I was looking for. Despite the difficulties that I presented her with, she remained cheerful, helpful and obviously highly competent in what she was doing. I feel that going for a smaller agency, rather than one of the more well-known big chains, you get a more personal service and at We Can properties, I was proved right.

I approached We Can Properties after being disappointed by another letting agent. From my first conversation with a member of staff I knew this agent was professional. My property was viewed, photos taken and marketed the next day, within hours I had bookings. Two weeks later the tenants were moving in!!!!!
