The property was clean when I moved in with all of the appliances working properly. Great Experience with Welcome at Home property managers! They manage our flat in Chelsea, Manuel was introduced to us from some friends who have their properties managed by Welcome at Home, we liked them a lot and as soon as the contract we the previous managing company expired we switched to them. Their best compared to others is that they offer a tailor-made service and they were able to meet our needs with flexibility and punctuality. They let our property for 2 years now, for medium-long period, they let us use the property if is available and we and we could not be more happier :)

Excellent property managers in London, if you have to choose one, choose Welcome at Home! We let a property with them in Tryon Street, the property was greatly located close to Slone Square, it was a spacious two bedroom flat, newly decorated and fully equipped, perfect for our stay in London! We were not tourists, therefore in need of comfortable space for our two months in the city, they accommodated us perfectly, linen, weekly cleaning, and Nespresso coffee' was provided for the whole stay! A special thank you to Elena that has always been very prompt to our requests, would definitely suggest them!

We stayed at the Old Fire Station. The place is well-located, a short walk to the British Museum and Covent Garden. Near Chinese, Japanese and Korean restaurants, and a pub next door. It has all you need in a home. Elena was always reachable after our first day. We enjoyed our stay.
