Fantastic experience: I had forgotten my keys inside my flat a few weeks ago and was stuck outside my apartment, so I went to the agency in the evening just in case someone was still there. Despite the late hour two gentlemen who were closing the office for the day re-opened it for me, and helped me retrieve my keys duplicate! It took quite some time and a few phone calls to colleagues as the team who usually knows where keys copies are stored was gone for the day, and they were in the process of moving everything with the merger, however it did not discourage the two gentlemen who ended up staying late for more than 40 minutes until they found my duplicate... Turns out a few days later that it was the CEO and one of his colleagues who so kindly helped me out! Cannot recommend them enough, this quality of service is just perfect!
