J. R.Superb service. We are a block of ten flats and have had a terrible experience with managing agents for more than 15 years. Whitestones are fantastic, always responsive and responsible. They are charging us slightly more than previous agents but that's easily off-set by the fact that problems are actually resolved - we suffered financially by previous agents not doing anything and problems got worse.

J. G.I could not say nicer things about Whitestone estates, especially about Sandra. Seriously, ask for Sandra if you want someone that will go the extra mile for you and gets you the best possible deal behind the scenes. I get the impression that this estate agency is not like all the others that look down on you or turn you away if they hear the words Universal Credit or housing benefit. Since first speaking to the agency I was greeted with warmth and humanity which is something you don’t really see at other places like Foxtons, Winkworth and William Nelhams.

Moving can be stressful but Sandra made sure we didn’t have to worry about hidden fees or lengthy negotiations. It is really refreshing to deal with an agent who really cares about both the tenants and the landlord; this is rare these days, especially with the larger agencies who are only interested in closing the deal but with not on your actual needs.
