Wilfords is the estate agency I have used over the past few years to market my rental property. They are really good to deal with and are always very quick at all the admin around renting out a property. Great service from start to finish, very responsive and professional. George in particular was great every step of the way, really going the extra mile even with things like late key drop offs. Highly refreshing to have an estate agents with such a professional and courteous practice.

I worked with George at Wilford's for some time looking for a property to let. George was professional, helpful, friendly and went out of his way to try and accommodate my schedule, my budget and my needs. I was working with other agencies at the time and George was consistently the most reliable and best of all the agents that I worked with. The properties that Wilford's had were usually quite nice and they seem to have a strong relationship with the landlords that I would expect would come in handy. Unfortunately, my moving schedule did not coincide with vacancies in appropriate properties they had at the time, so I was unable to secure a flat with them, however I would not hesitate to recommend them for anyone looking.

Honestly can’t recommend Geoff enough-a truly rare combination in the estate agency world of both exceptionally nice guy and exceptionally good salesman. Sold our house in a part of London (SW11) that is not necessarily his typical stomping ground for 15% over asking price and 10% more than any of the offers from the leading local agent in the area who was jointly marketing the property. Worth his weight in gold in my opinion.
