I had the misfortune of multiple sales falling through due to pandemic issues (and other factors beyond anyone's control) combined with a nightmare co-freeholder who was determined to drag out every detail and who nearly derailed the entire process several times. All through this Faith and the team at Winkworths stayed positive and supportive, meeting every challenge head on and relentlessly finding solutions when I felt the game was up.
