Excellent service by the chaps at Winkworth. They almost certainly justified their fee with the sale of my house in Islington. They always got back to me in a timely manner and it is clear they have a high volume of clients on their books and we received an offer we were willing to accept after putting the house up for sale after one day. For me, most importantly however is that they took a lot of the stress away by managing my incredibly rude and demanding buyer. Some buyers of course expect a lot for their outlay through purchasing a house in Islington and Winkworth in this instance were fantastic and ensuring they were reasonable in their asks. After less good experiences elsewhere, Katherine was a breath of fresh air from start to completion. She has a great understanding of the market and was always quick to respond by phone and email. Clair is brilliantly direct and her experience meant that she smoothed bumps, spun plates and pushed the sale through as quickly and efficiently as possible. I recently sold my place through Winkworth Islington and would highly recommend them. Hamish, Sean and the rest of the team are professional, friendly and honest. I tried selling my place with an online agent but I was getting no luck. I swapped to Winkworth and they did two things that impressed me. Firstly, the volume of bueeing was much higher and even had the first viewing the same day I listed them. Secondly, they were bringing in people who were suitable for the flat. I lived in a one bed so it’s not going to be right for everyone but I felt they were bringing in people who would realistically be interested. Additionally, their communication is excellent. They reply to emails quickly, they call you if there is something to discuss and they are honest. They tell you exactly how it is and don’t try and waffle their way through the sale. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Great experience with Winkworth with George who was super responsive, and provided a smooth experience. Unfortunately the experience went downhill from there when going through the admin side of things with Kam, who unfortunately never responds to emails, spelt names wrong after multiple times of correcting and has continued to send automatic emails even after 1 month of moving in, also all of our utility bills have been spelt in the wrong name so we now have to contact them all to amend.
