Shilpa came out on a Monday for a valuation along with other local agents - we quickly decided that Shilpa would be an agent who would be able to get the job done. The quality of the agency was exceptional. I have moved home a number of times over the years and have rarely experienced the level of service and professionalism offered by Shilpa and Jay when selling my property recently. In particular, I would highlight the following: 1. Their ability to read the market and understand the real value of the property, perhaps best termed as 'ambitious realism'. We got over 40 viewings in the space of a month, way beyond our expectation and for a difficult property in a slowing market. 2. The level of communication at every step was superb.
