4 stars instead of 5 because of a situation which is not entirely their fault. Although they have some of the best properties in the area, they need to establish better collaboration with their landlords. I had very poor communication with my landlord and I spent several months and numerous emails and phone calls to sort some issues. I am very lucky I didn't need him for any actual urgent situation. Nevertheless, I am happy for the service they provided but I had to highlight the above. Afterall, I don't have the option to review the landlord but the letting agent.

I have been working with Kiren over the last few years, she is bright, bubbly and full of energy and honest with her appraisals, when it comes to the marketing for both lettings and selling. Whilst I may not always enjoy hearing the truth, I always know that it is what it is and have to take that on board. When I do, there is no denying that Kiren and her team get the job done .. usually with a smile and a bit of good humour in the process. There appears to be a recent push with local agents to up their game (& their fees) to be like M&P, Dexters and Foxtons .. don’t fall for the waffle, stick with Winkworths !

I would have never thought to leave a positive review for an estate agency. In a nutshell I would recommend Winkworth agents 10/10. I have recently rented a flat with my girlfriend with their agency. They made a stressful process much easier to go through for us. The first compliment goes to the agent Olivia. She would accommodate our requests and reply our answers honestly, instead of trying to sell any place at any cost (like most agents tend to do). For me, finding a new place to rent is a horrible experience. There’s so little inventory, you get sent completely inappropriate stuff, the market is savage and if you’re lucky you get patronised by the agents at the same time. My experience with Michelle and Olivia was the complete opposite of this. Their local knowledge and market insight meant that they found me the perfect place and managed the whole process in such a smart, friendly and professional way. Of course, they’re representing the landlord and did the right deal for him but the key to such a successful outcome was their ability to match landlord, tenant and property and then tenaciously deliver the right result for everyone.
