The sales team at Winkworth PG deliver a first class, trusted and reliable experience. 5* professional service! They sold my property, despite a few challenges of a high service charge during uncertain times with the pandemic. Their drive to keep going, with consistent open and honest communication was commendable. I would highly recommend, as it’s well known that some estate agents have a reputation for being about themselves and commission!! This team is far from that. I purchased a property though Winkworth. I have been impressed by their utter professionalism, efficiency throughout the whole process. From the way they answer the phone, pass on messages to colleagues, the great quality photos on their website and efficient service throughout. William who initially conducted viewings was amazing in terms of representing my bid to the vendors and ensuring due diligence was conducted at the highest level from all bidders to ensure fairness and transparency. The level of diligence, speedy of responses was second to none. Once the offer was through there were bumps in the road due Covid and other factors on the vendors side resulting in protracted delays. However, the after-sales team, Nick was friendly, efficient, and provided assurance, always responding speedily to queries.
