We recently bought our new house with Winkworth Adam and the whole team at the Southfields office were very accommodating to our requests, always willing to help and find solutions based on their expertise with previous clients. What we most appreciated from them was, pushing the sale forward, keeping all parties informed and offering to help -and to chase- other parties that were not being as promptly as they were. All in all, we have a very positive experience throughout . Thanks Adam, Doug and the team for your work during the last 2 and a half months.

First time using Winkworth to let my flat out but certainly won’t be the last ! Exceptional correspondence throughout, avoided void period due to finding Tenants within couple of days of going live. Their staff was very professional. They replied to all our inquiries in a timely manner, showed up on time for appointments and managed to sell our flat in a relatively short time. There were indeed some delays, because we put our flat for sale just before the first lockdown. In terms of valuing, photographing and putting my property up for sale, Winkworth were professional and helpful. After I'd accepted an offer on the property, the service became perfunctory, even indifferent, and much of the time it seemed they were representing the buyer rather than me as the seller. Once we reached completion and they'd received their fee, there was no communication whatsoever, not even an acknowledgement that the transaction was successfully completed.

I cannot recommend Winkworth estate agents highly enough. The guys at Winkworth are all straight talking, honest, friendly professionals. Pleasantly different to my other experiences with other estate agents (No BS !) Doug was outstanding. What was quite a complicated sale for various reasons. Catherine and Olly looked after us for 28 months. We found them responsive and friendly. Some issues seemed to take longer than we would have expected and as always there was room for improvement on communication, but I would certainly recommend Winkworth's services based on our experience. My only substantive criticism would not be about Winkworths but some of their contractors so always keep an eye on work being done at your property.
