Wonderlease let my house for me for many years, and were very good at finding new tenants quickly when I needed them. They have always been pleasant, polite and friendly, and highly competent at what they do. When I decided to sell the house Ben was excellent, even though the process was more complicated than any of us expected, keeping me well informed throughout and getting a good price for me. I have been dealing with Wayne and his team for around an year now. My property got let on let only basics, unfortunately the tenants started giving me trouble from the first month. I got in touch with Wayne, even though it was done on let only, a true Gentleman he rushed to my rescue straight away!! He could have easily washed his hands like majority of the agencies do as it was let only but he didn’t. On the contrary he got more involved till the problems were sorted. The tenant was a pain but not at any point did I doubt the integrity and professionalisms shown by Wayne!
