We successfully sold our lower ground flat with the Your Move team in Blackheath during the middle of 2021. Felipe and his team were very professional and gave fantastic advice especially around staging the flat and was very proactive with their approach and feedback. We had previously tried using another company and the difference between the two was apparent especially with the photos and staging elements. Can't recommend these guys highly enough.

Arnold from the Blackheath branch was fast, efficient and proactive in ensuring my interests on the property were progressed. "A lead that is not acted upon is a dead end" was one of the many mantras given to me as an associate sales executive; Arnold understood the value of his time and consistently applied it productively by tackling any problems in advance. One of my pet peeves is dishonesty and often find estate agents to sensationalise property specs at the expense of the customer's well being. I was taken aback by Arnold's transparency and realistic approach. He was well prepared and ready to field all of my questions, which increased my confidence in his ability.

Great experience buying from them & specifically Filipe. I recently bought my first home with these guys and as a buyer I found them helpful & down to earth. Filipe sold me the flat and thereafter helped it all over the line - some solicitors in the chain weren't great & Filipe did a stellar job chasing them. I'm always mindful that estate agents first and foremost have to act in the best interests of their seller, but as I say for me these guys were down to earth and tried to work towards something best for all those involved including the buyer. I would add it was very evident from my perspective as a buyer how much Filipe wanted the best for his seller. I know that's the name of the game, because if you do that you'll get your commissions etc. But yeah, as I say, he really cared about his seller and that goes a long way. When I come to selling I'll definitely be giving Filipe a call! Assuming he's still at Your Move.
