Today we've completed on our first family home. It's been an interesting journey of knowns and unknows. The team at Your Move Eltham, Tara and Laura, have been professional, easy and supportive to collaborate with in order to see the transaction through. For example, after six weeks into the process, our lender hasn't provided us with a mortgage offer yet however, Tara and Laura haven't lost trust in us as buyers and even allowed us to change the lender last minute. I met Rob when I was doing a viewing of a house and I really liked his style- friendly, honest and not "estate agent-ey" so although his office is in Eltham and my flat was in Catford, I asked him to represent me. Rob is very helpful and friendly, and he is the main point of contact from the beginning (viewing the property), till I get the keys. This is really important as he understands what my main concerns are, and very helpful in resolving the problems (buying a property is a stressful process, and to me, what important is when the problems arise, there is someone that you know and trust, who can give you the answers and work with you to resolve it quickly).
