Excellent customer service Your move forest gate branch has an excellent team. Mario is a very good salesmen, I never intended to sell my property, it was refurbished to be used as a buy to let. After an initial valuation conducted by Mario I changed my mind, he assured me he could sell the property for me within a month at a fair price and so he did. Dea Bhambra was responsible for the coordination between me and the buyer to execute a fast transaction. I Must admit,I have never received such service from any estate agent before. They both went the extra mile to ensure that we did not only have our house sold but at a good price which was within our budget. At the point of our frustration due to poor offers, which made us to decide that we were no longer going to sell, and we had to discharged everyone of the contract; however we decided to then call Mario back and re-sign the contract because he did not only showed empathy to us for the way we've been treated, he was very good in his reassurance in getting the house sold, and using his professional skills in encouraging us to reduce the price to meet the market rate, was just too fantastic that we did not even feel the pressure of reduction. They came over to carry out the tidying of the property and taking better pictures in order to get buyers is, that was the top of it all, this really impressed us, we did not feel like a vendor but a friend helping us out to get our house sold which made our dream come through. The even dealt with the solicitors well and pushed them to get the exchange out, taking that extra mile in getting them the information from council's portal in order not to delay matters. This meant a lot to us because we had been facing a serious stress and frustration but Mario and Filipe brought a BIG smile to all our faces as a family when they finally sold it at an acceptable price and today the whole family are happy and enjoying our beautiful home.
