From the get go, Page and Wells were fantastic. They came and provided us with a realistic estimate but did advise the potential ups and downs of house selling. We instructed them shortly after, within a week they had enough viewings booked to take up a whole day of visit slots. We were able to leave the house for the day and leave Adam in charge. We had a number of offers come in and managed by Page and Wells we accepted an offer we were very happy with. Adam and the team were then very easily contactable throughout the process and were friendly and helpful all the way through to the day of completion. I would thoroughly recommend dealing with them for any house sales in the future.

We sold our house in Boughton Monchelsea through the Loose branch of Page & Wells. Before appointing an agent, we carried out our due diligence and requested quotes from three different agents. Whilst all valued our property at the same price, we were most impressed with Duncan Wills from P&W. His professional, but very personable, approach and knowledge of the area convinced us that P&W were the agent for us. During the actual marketing process, we mainly dealt with James Palin, who is equally professional, personable and knowledgeable. The house was initially 'sold' before the For Sale sign went up, but unfortunately fell through after our buyer's own sale fell through. We had a number of time wasters offer afterwards and then Covid interrupted proceedings for half of 2020. Undeterred, P&W continued marketing our property in the face of some pretty tough times and more than our fair share of time wasters. A buyer was eventually found and we completed last week. Throughout the whole selling process, we were kept in the loop by phone and email. We were given solid advice on price strategies and continued marketing. Our home continually featured high on the lists on property websites such as Rightmove. Thoroughly professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with, we would not hesitate to recommend the team at the Loose branch of Page & Wells.

From start to finish Duncan and his team provided exemplary customer care and service. When Duncan arrived to take the photographs - I was frantically flapping and behind schedule - trying to hide my childrens toys under the stairs and cover with a curtain.
