I would say belvoir letting agent are very well reliable and efficient with what they do and how they treat their tenants. Since moving into the apartment in July, Belvoir have been fantastic, overlooking any issues or faults in the flat. Most recently, our washing machine just stopped working mid cycle and they had a new washing machine sorted for us the next day. Nothing short of a great customer service. Michael & his team at Belvoir Prestwich have managed a rental property for for many years. They found the tenant, manage it efficiently and pleasantly, the rent always comes in on time, and I hardly hear from them - which is the best way course of action for me. This agency has great properties from flats to houses at affordable prices compared to other agencies. The agents and employees are very professional and show care about their customers.
